How to make FM420 into standby or idle mode

- Send hex command "7E 00 00 09 7E 53 54 41 4E 44 42 59 7E A1" to go standby, response 0x06 if success or 0x15 if fail. Send trig command or press trigger to re activate. This command will stop USB function too so can't be used on USB virtual com port.
- Send hex command "7E 00 00 06 7E 49 44 4C 45 7E FD" to go idle, response 0x06 if success or 0x15 if fail. Send "?" to re activate, unit will feedback "!" while successful re activate.
