thank you for the comments, if possible could you please inform us what's the item number of Bluetooth scanner in your hand? actually from scanner user's manual, "wireless communication", "operation modes", as it's described, "cradle mode" is set as default (scanner communicate with a remote host by pairing with a cradle). and from the same page, we also can see the setup barcode of "Bluetooth HID mode" with explanation.
