How to skip the android Hi interface and install application in Nlnstaller via scan barcode

Power on the device ,and trigger the scan button to scan the below barcode under the hello interface.
Note: You need to wait few seconds after power on to start the scan service.
NInstaller application:
Ndevor/FloatingTouch/NLSBackupRecoverySettings/AdminLauncher/WifiCFGtool/KeyRemap
Note：If not work, please contact technical support to check the device firmware.
